Customer Portal

Give your clients a branded self-service portal where they can track projects, pay invoices, and approve proposals — all under your brand.

Overview

The Customer Portal is a white-label self-service experience for your clients. It runs under your domain with your branding — logo, colors, and typography. Clients can access their projects, invoices, estimates, and documents without needing to contact you for updates.

Portal access is granted per contact. Only contacts with portal access enabled can log in.

Setup

Configuration

  1. Go to Settings → Branding to configure your portal appearance:
    • Upload your company logo and favicon
    • Set brand colors (primary, accent, sidebar)
    • Configure fonts for headings and body text
    • Customize email footer and PDF watermark
  2. Ensure your payment gateways are configured in Settings → Payment Gateways
  3. Grant portal access to contacts in the Contact profile
  4. Share the portal URL with your clients

Project Tracking

  • View project list with status and health indicators
  • See task progress and assigned items
  • Track project phases and milestones
  • Real-time progress percentage

Invoice Management

  • View all invoices with status (Paid, Pending, Overdue)
  • Download invoice PDFs
  • Pay invoices online via Midtrans, Xendit, or Stripe
  • View payment history

Estimate Approval

  • View estimates and proposals
  • Approve or reject with comments
  • Download estimate PDFs
  • Automatically converted to invoice/project on approval

Document Access

  • View and download shared documents
  • Access project files and attachments
  • View signed agreements and contracts

Portal URL

The portal is accessible at a dedicated URL under your domain. Clients log in using their email address — no password setup required for initial access (magic link or invite-based).

You can share the portal URL directly with clients or redirect them from your website.
