Configure your workspace, manage users and roles, set up integrations, and customize your brand.
Workspace Settings
Your workspace is your organization's isolated environment. Configure it from the Settings page:
- General — Fiscal year start date, invoice/estimate/PO numbering prefixes, default tax rate (PPN), currency, and date/time format
- Timezone — Set your business timezone (default: Asia/Jakarta)
- Locale — Default language and regional settings
Branding
Customize the look and feel of your CRM, customer portal, invoices, and PDFs:
- Logo — Upload your company logo (shown in portal, invoices, and emails)
- Favicon — Browser tab icon
- Colors — Primary, accent, sidebar, and danger colors
- Fonts — Heading and body font selection
- Email — Custom email from-name and footer
- PDF — Footer text and watermark for branded document exports
Branding is applied across the CRM, customer portal, invoice PDFs, estimate PDFs, and email communications.
Users & Roles
Managing Users
- Invite team members by email from Settings → Users
- Each user belongs to your workspace with a single role
- Users can belong to multiple workspaces (useful for agencies managing multiple clients)
- Deactivate or remove users as needed
Roles & Permissions
Doavers CRM uses a flexible role-based access control (RBAC) system:
- System Roles — Pre-defined roles (Admin, Manager, Staff, Support) with sensible default permissions
- Custom Roles — Create roles with specific module and action permissions
- Default Role — Set a role as the default for new team members
Each permission is defined by a module (e.g., leads, deals, invoices) and an action (e.g., create, read, update, delete). You can precisely control what each role can access.
Payment Gateways
Configure payment gateways to accept online payments from your customers:
- Midtrans — Popular Indonesian payment gateway (GoPay, OVO, Dana, bank transfer, credit card)
- Xendit — Payment gateway for Indonesia and Philippines
- Stripe — Global payment gateway
Each gateway can be configured in Sandbox mode for testing or Production mode for live payments. Multiple gateways can be active simultaneously.
API Keys
Programmatic access to your CRM data via REST API:
- Generate API keys with specific scopes (read, write)
- Track key usage with last-used timestamps
- Set expiration dates for temporary access
- Revoke keys at any time
Webhooks
Receive real-time events from your CRM:
- Configure webhook URLs for specific events
- Supported events include: lead created, deal won, invoice paid, project completed
- Monitor delivery status and retry history
- Secure with HMAC signature verification
Email Templates
Customize automated email communications:
- Invoice sent, payment received, estimate approved
- Project updates and task assignments
- Welcome emails and password resets
- Custom variables for dynamic content
- Categories to organize templates
Notifications
Stay informed about important events:
- In-app notifications in the CRM sidebar
- Notifications for: new leads, deal stage changes, task assignments, invoice payments, and more
- Read/unread tracking with read timestamps
